Job Summary
Plan, organize and present instructional experiences in mathematics to help students develop subject knowledge and skills. Manage instructional time, behavior, and classroom environment; deliver engaging lessons with clear objectives; monitor student performance, provide timely feedback, and coordinate with teacher assistants when applicable. Maintain alignment with school/system goals, ensure efficient transitions, and uphold professional standards in communication, assessment, and non-instructional duties.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in education or in a related area that will qualify for licensure as a teacher by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
