Job Summary
Math Teacher responsible for planning, organizing and presenting instruction and instructional environments to help students learn mathematics and develop skills. Duties include management of instructional time and student behavior, delivering clear instructional presentations, monitoring student performance, providing feedback, facilitating instruction, interacting with students and colleagues, and performing non-instructional duties. Requires ability to use classroom tools and adapt to instructional requirements; licensure-qualifying degree in education or related area.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in education or in a related area that will qualify for licensure as a teacher by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
