Job Summary
Math Teacher for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans and instructional materials, providing individualized and small group instruction, creating a conducive classroom environment, maintaining behavior standards, guiding student progress toward curriculum goals, establishing clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects, employing diverse instructional techniques and media, evaluating student growth, communicating with parents about progress, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining professional development. Requires NC teaching license or eligibility and a Bachelor's Degree; prior teaching experience preferred. 10-month work schedule.
