Job Summary

Design and implement engaging, standards-based lessons aligned with Colorado Academic Standards to support student intervention needs. Differentiate instruction and provide targeted interventions to ensure equitable access for diverse learners, including English Language Learners and students with disabilities. Assess student progress using multiple data sources to inform ongoing instructional adjustments and maintain accurate student records. Foster a respectful classroom culture that promotes collaboration, high academic expectations, and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff within professional learning communities while communicating regularly with families and caregivers. Participate in professional development and reflective practice to enhance instructional effectiveness and contribute to district-wide school improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Valid Colorado Teaching License appropriate for assigned subject/grade level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective instructional practices, assessment, and classroom management
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Prior K-12 teaching experience
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other district-identified languages)
