Job Summary
Math Teacher at the high school level responsible for delivering Florida BE.S.T. Standards-aligned instruction, developing engaging lesson plans, differentiating for diverse learners (including ESE and ESOL), assessing student progress, integrating technology, and collaborating with families and staff. Responsibilities include managing a safe classroom, implementing emergency plans, participating in IEP/504/MTSS processes, and contributing to school activities; requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Florida Educator’s Certificate and successful Level 2 background screening. Ten-month employment with competitive salary and duties as outlined by the school.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Education or related field
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate (Letter of Eligibility, Temporary Certificate, or Professional Certificate)
- Successful completion of Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law
