Job Summary
Math Teacher responsible for fostering a dynamic learning environment, delivering instruction aligned with the district curriculum and state standards, integrating technology, assessing student progress, collaborating with special education staff to modify curricula and provide accommodations (IEPs), supervising instructional aides, leading campus activities, and maintaining accurate records. Requires a Bachelor's degree with a valid Texas teaching certificate (endorsements/training for the subject/level) and the ability to obtain ESL certification within one year. Preferred: Master’s degree and ESL certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for the subject and level assigned
- ESL certification (preferred) or ability to obtain ESL certification within one year of hire
