Math Teacher

Develop lesson plans and instructional materials while providing individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to each student's needs. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning, establish clear objectives for lessons and projects, and employ varied instructional techniques. Evaluate student academic and social growth using formative and summative tools, maintain appropriate records, and prepare progress reports. Communicate with parents through conferences to discuss student progress and collaborate with colleagues and professional staff to address learning problems. Participate in curriculum development programs, faculty committees, and student activity sponsorship. Maintain professional competence through in-service education and self-selected growth activities. Instruct pupils in a classroom utilizing the adopted course of study.
