Math Teacher

Plan and provide daily instruction based on South Carolina Department of Education standards and the district's approved curriculum, accommodating individual differences in student maturity, learning styles, and abilities. Monitor and enhance learning through observation, questioning, informal assessment, and feedback while maintaining clear expectations for student performance and behavior. Communicate with parents regarding academic progress, establish effective routines for non-instructional tasks, and manage instructional materials and technologies. Maintain a safe, attractive learning environment, ensure confidentiality of student records, and participate in staff meetings, committees, and professional development programs. Work cooperatively with the district and fulfill professional responsibilities beyond the classroom.
