Job Summary
Middle school math teacher needed to prepare and implement engaging lessons, develop detailed instructional plans, and use formative and summative assessments to support student learning. Responsibilities include maintaining classroom discipline, counseling students and parents as needed, supervising school activities, completing records accurately and on time, and adhering to the Dougherty County School System policies. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to utilize educational technology tools, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students. Salary is 10 months with competitive benefits; remote work is not indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid Georgia Teacher certification or Charter Waiver Eligible
