Job Summary
Teach students in a 1-to-1 setting or small groups of up to four, delivering individualized programs without lesson planning or grading homework. Instruct in-person in Boca Raton, FL, covering subjects including reading, writing, grammar, math, science, and exam prep such as SAT/ACT. Work flexible part-time hours Monday through Thursday and Saturdays, with availability preferred from 3 pm or earlier during peak times. Candidates must hold a four-year degree and demonstrate a commitment to student success, while specific subject expertise and teaching certification are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree
- Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students
- Must be able to teach at least 1 or more of the following subjects: Reading, Writing, Grammar, Math, Science
- Must be able to teach in-person in Boca Raton, FL
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates that are local and can instruct in-center
- Teaching Certification
- Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Calculus, Chemistry, and Statistics
- Exam Prep i.e. SAT/ACT, GED, ASVAB, SSAT experience
- Being able to start at 3 pm or earlier Monday-Thursday
