Job Summary
The Math Learning Center Education Manager and Sales Director will screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide individualized instruction, lead and motivate team members, market the program, conduct sales to enroll students, administer assessments and develop custom learning plans. Ideal candidates should possess a passion for math, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in education or math. Candidates must demonstrate math competency, possess computer skills, and have a willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
