Math Learning Center Director

Center Director for Mathnasium Learning Center in Kyle, TX responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing student instruction (in-person, online, or hybrid) using the Mathnasium MethodTM, and ensuring high-quality teaching. Duties include administering assessments, diagnosing learning gaps, developing learning plans, ensuring staff use Mathnasium practices, managing customer relationships with parents/guardians, driving enrollment and sales, monitoring center performance and profitability, resolving customer concerns, hiring and developing staff, scheduling, maintaining a clean professional learning environment, and ensuring staff development. Requirements include a completed bachelor’s degree, strong math proficiency ( Algebra I level), and experience with children; leadership/management and customer-relations experience are preferred. Training in the Mathnasium MethodTM and background checks are part of the process; this is a full-time, salaried role with partial remote/work-from-home options and benefits.
