Job Summary
Center Director at Mathnasium of Manteca manages day-to-day center operations, drives sales by responding to leads and enrolling students, screens/hires/trains/schedules staff, and motivates the team. The role includes marketing the Mathnasium program through school and community relationships, monitoring profitability and student success, and identifying student needs to develop customized learning plans. Requires leadership/management experience and customer relationships & sales experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. All applicants will take a math literacy test. Center franchisees are the employer. Locations: Manteca, CA. Hints indicate full-time salary potential; role focuses on education leadership, operations, and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
- Passion for math and working with students
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
