Job Summary
Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Mathnasium Learning Center in Marysville. Drive center success through staffing, training, and scheduling of employees to deliver in-center, online, and hybrid instruction using the Mathnasium Method. Inspire and develop team members, market the program by building school and community relationships, and conduct sales to enroll students. Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and create customized learning plans while providing exceptional customer service to families and communicating student progress. Monitor center performance metrics including profitability and student success; become proficient with digital educational materials and processes; maintain a safe, professional learning environment. Requires a completed bachelor’s degree (preferred in education/math), math proficiency demonstrated by a math literacy assessment, and background check. Franchisees are the employers, not Mathnasium.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or related field
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
