Math Learning Center Director

Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, including conducting sales by responding to leads and enrolling students. Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees while leading and motivating team members through professional development. Market the program by building school and community relationships and monitor performance metrics to drive profitability and student success. Identify student needs to develop customized learning plans. This full-time salaried leadership role offers continuous training on education, sales, and management best practices within a supportive culture focused on transforming the lives of K-12 students.
