Math Learning Center Director

Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, conducting sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students. Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees while leading and motivating team members through professional and personal development. Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships, and monitor overall center performance metrics including profitability and student success. Identify student needs to develop customized learning plans.
