Job Summary
Deliver small-group and one-on-one virtual math intervention sessions covering number sense, operations, fractions, ratios, and problem-solving. Use diagnostic assessments like Renaissance Star Math to identify learning needs, develop individualized goals, and monitor progress through ongoing data analysis. Incorporate digital tools such as IXL and online manipulatives to engage students while maintaining accurate records of sessions and outcomes. Partner with teachers and administrators to align strategies with core instruction, actively participate in data meetings and GLTs, and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.
