Math Interventionist - Minnesota Connections Academy

Analyze student grades, test scores, attendance, and discipline records to identify at-risk K-12 students. Proctor school-administered diagnostic and benchmark tests, then develop and implement individual intervention strategies to help students stay in school and graduate on time. Create individual achievement plans for academic and post-secondary goals while providing training to parents and linking youth with area social agencies. Work directly with students, parents, and learning coaches virtually or in person throughout the state. Starting salary begins at $44,000 per year for Minnesota-based candidates.
