Job Summary
Provide research-based, direct instruction and tutoring support for individuals and in small intervention groups to facilitate the Integration of At-Risk Supports (IARS) framework. Collaborate with the school-wide and grade IARS team on data-driven educational decisions while maintaining a caseload of students receiving instructional interventions. Observe curricular and extracurricular activities, attend Intervention Specialist meetings, and share pertinent information with building administration and IARS teams. Adhere to IARS guidelines and procedures, ensuring dependability and punctuality in assigned duties within the school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a job-related area
- eligibility for a Virginia teaching license
