Job Summary
Teach and tutor students from grades 1-12 using the Mathnasium MethodTM, delivering instruction both in-center and via hybrid delivery. Collaborate with team members to provide individualized group instruction while assessing student progress and engagement throughout sessions. Maintain proficiency with digital educational materials and support the upkeep of a safe, professional learning environment. Work flexible part-time hours after school and on weekends. Applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and complete a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
