Job Summary
Teach/tutor in-centre, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting. Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Proficiency in math through Algebra I
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- Completion of math literacy test and ability to pass background check
- Work authorization
