Math Instructor / Tutor

Mathnasium of North Carlsbad is seeking a Math Instructor to provide engaging, productive tutoring for students in in-center, online, and hybrid settings using the Mathnasium MethodTM. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional instruction, interacting with parents to reinforce program value, becoming proficient with digital educational materials, assessing student progress, teaching in multiple delivery modes, collaborating with team members, grading and correcting work, maintaining a professional learning environment, and assisting with non-teaching tasks. Qualifications emphasize a passion for math, excellent interpersonal skills, algebra I competency, the ability to balance tasks, and willingness to learn and be trained. Training follows onboarding.
