Job Summary
Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium MethodTM, delivering individualized instruction in a group setting while assessing student progress and engagement. Collaborate with team members to utilize digital educational materials and effective teaching methodologies. Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Maintain consistent, part-time hours after school and on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to demonstrate math proficiency on a math literacy test
