Job Summary
Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices while working collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting. Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions and become proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Maintain a flexible schedule with consistent part-time hours after school and on weekends. This role offers continuous training on effective teaching methodologies, free uniforms, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive culture dedicated to transforming the lives of K-12th grade students.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
