Job Summary
Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting using the Mathnasium MethodTM. Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, then communicate student progress with parents and guardians. Teach in-center and/or online while becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes. This part-time role offers consistent hours after school and on weekends for K-12th grade students. Applicants must demonstrate math proficiency through an Algebra I-level literacy test and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
