Job Summary
Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices, working collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting. Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions while becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Provide advanced math tutoring for K-12th grade students, focusing on Math III, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, and SAT/ACT Math preparation. Maintain consistent part-time hours after school and on weekends within a fun, supportive culture that offers continuous training on effective teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency in Math III, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistic, SAT/ACT Math preparation
- Ability to demonstrate math proficiency on a math literacy test
