Job Summary
Teach in-center and online using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices; collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting; assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions; become proficient with digital educational materials and processes; require math proficiency through Algebra I; all applicants will be asked to take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency; the role supports after-school and weekend sessions with opportunities for advancement, and the franchisee center will be the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Must take a math literacy test as part of the hiring process
