Job Summary
The position of Math Instructor involves providing exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, fostering positive interactions with parents, and assessing student progress. Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional math competency (at least Algebra I), and be able to manage multiple tasks. The role requires a dedication to learning and training in the Mathnasium Method, contributing to a professional learning environment, and assisting with non-instructional tasks as needed. Flexible part-time hours are offered along with an annual bonus and a supportive culture.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Will work at least 2 Years (not a short term Position)
