Job Summary
The Math Assistant delivers math intervention to an identified at-risk student population, working with specialists, the math coach, and classroom teachers to design and teach focused intervention lessons for small groups or individuals. Responsibilities include providing intervention services to accelerate math skills, designing targeted support with the team, conducting diagnostic testing and analyzing results with the math coach, administering assessments, sharing observations of student performance, participating in onsite training, and collaborating with colleagues during regular meetings and other related tasks. Training is provided onsite before start.
