Math and Science Teacher

Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning in Math and Science for students in Saginaw Public Schools. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans, establish clear objectives, and use relevant technology to support instruction. Observe and evaluate student performance, provide feedback on work, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with colleagues through PLCs to align curriculum, instruction and assessments, and participate in department/school meetings, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher and teaching certification; experience in urban, multi-cultural settings preferred. Ability to manage behavior, organize and plan effectively, and communicate clearly with students, staff, and families.
