Deliver training and at-the-elbow support for maternity staff across five sites; develop engaging training materials including eLearning modules and quick reference guides; support train-the-trainer sessions and superusers; align training with EMR and integrated digital workflows; assist Go-Live activities and provide post-implementation training and optimisation; drive continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement; collaborate with clinical and project teams to ensure staff are confident and capable in using digital tools to deliver safe, high-quality care.
