Job Summary
Maternity cover: Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager at Veeva, a 12-month fixed-term role starting Oct 1, 2026. Lead and execute field marketing plans, plan virtual and in-person events, build integrated campaigns across channels (including Marketo, LinkedIn, and digital advertising), collaborate with product marketing, creative services, content, product, and communications teams, support outreach programs to engage customers and prospects, organize the annual Veeva Summit, and own weekly/monthly marketing program reporting and metrics. Prefer experience in account-based marketing, customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling campaigns. Work from anywhere with a remote option in Spain (Barcelona), and flexibility to work from home or in the office as part of a Work Anywhere policy. Compensation ranges from 50,000-100,000 EUR total, with variability by experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience (5+ years for Senior Manager)
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficient in delivering content via social media tools such as LinkedIn
- Growth-minded and a team player
