Job Summary
Non-clinical Public Health Intern role within the Nurse-Family Partnership program supporting administrative tasks, outreach, scheduling, and data/documentation, with learning objectives in case management, collaboration, and community education. Eligible for Bachelor’s or Master’s level students; located in New Jersey (Glassboro); requires valid driver’s license. Internship focuses on learning the methodology of the NFP program, coordinating with nurse-home visitors/clients, attending community outreach events as an Acenda team member, and contributing to program support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s level program at a NJ Institute of Higher Learning in Social Services, Public Health or Nursing
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances
- Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently
