Job Summary
Provide patient care in Maternal Fetal Medicine in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. Teach, train, mentor, and precept residents and medical students in the context of clinical Maternal Fetal Medicine. Consultative model allowing Maternal Fetal Medicine to attend deliveries if preferred but not required. Supported by 6 APPs, ARDMS-certified sonographers, diabetes educators, perinatal nutritionists, and a genetic counselor. Works collaboratively with Children's Hospital of Illinois and University of Illinois subspecialties. Develop/deliver academic presentations. Shared call. Participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
