Required Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate
- Board certified or board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Eligible as a provider for Medicare/Medicaid and other federal health programs
- MD/DO license
- Maintain medical staff membership and privileges
- DEA license to prescribe narcotics (as applicable)
