Job Summary
Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician needed to lead high-risk pregnancy care at Dignity Health Perinatal and Women's Center in Santa Maria, CA. Role includes high-risk consultations, targeted ultrasounds (Level II), amniocentesis, and co-management of complex maternal conditions, with collaboration across OB/GYNs, Neonatologists, and subspecialists; access to Level III NICU and outpatient clinic system; state-of-the-art GE Voluson ultrasounds and Cerner EHR. Compensation includes $500,000–$555,000 annual salary with sign-on and relocation assistance; PSLF-eligible employer; comprehensive benefits; California license required. Eligible for relocation benefits and PSLF; practice supported within a large, integrated health system.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Proficiency in advanced prenatal diagnostic procedures and fetal surveillance
