Job Summary
Fellowship-trained Maternal Fetal Medicine physician sought to join Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, ID, with coverage extending to Nampa. The role involves joining two MFM physicians and a multidisciplinary team to support Labor and Delivery, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm and 32 patient-facing hours weekly; consultative weekend call (1:2 or 1:3) shared among the group and no in-house calls or deliveries. The practice features a Level III+ NICU, on-site subspecialty coverage, and a robust perinatal/OB network. Requires MD or DO, completed MFM fellowship, licensure in Idaho, and DEA/CPR-compatible credentials. A comprehensive compensation and benefits package including sign-on incentives, relocation, student loan repayment, CME, malpractice tail coverage, and retirement plan is offered.

- ACGME/AOA OBGYN Residency
- Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship
- Board Certification or eligibility within 3 years
- Idaho medical licensure and privileges at SARMC-Boise and SAMC-Nampa
- DEA registration
