Maternal Fetal Medicine Opportunity

Join Saint Alphonsus Medical Group as a fellowship-trained Maternal Fetal Medicine physician in Boise, ID, with coverage also in Nampa. Operate within a team including other MFM physicians, a genetic counselor, and sonographers in a high-acuity obstetric setting supported by Level III+ NICU services, on-site pediatric subspecialty coverage, 24-hour anesthesia, radiology, and EPIC EMR. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with 32 patient-facing hours weekly and consultative weekend call (1:2 or 1:3, or equally shared) without in-house deliveries. Responsibilities include multidisciplinary L&D rounds and management of high-risk pregnancies in a well-established practice with broad clinical and academic opportunities. Requirements include an MD or DO, completed OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship, board certification or anticipated certification within 3 years, Idaho medical licensure, DEA registration, and privileges.
