Manage outpatient high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases, including hypertensive disorders, diabetes, and cardiac comorbidities, with inpatient support from the main Labor & Delivery unit. Perform advanced procedures such as detailed ultrasound, amniocentesis, and cervical cerclage while providing preconception counseling through delivery. Practice across new community hospital settings with strong tertiary support, utilizing advanced diagnostic technologies. Maintain a predictable weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, daytime hours) with no routine weekend or holiday clinical responsibilities and shared, primarily consultative call coverage.
