Job Summary
Part-Time Visiting Professor to teach nursing students in maternal-child clinical settings, implementing the college's philosophy and course objectives through clinical teaching, supervising and evaluating student care, planning clinical experiences, providing remediation as needed, and delivering didactic content under supervision. The role involves maintaining current knowledge of agency/clinical policies, developing and posting clinical assignments, ensuring timely feedback on student performance, contributing to program development and ongoing assessment, and collaborating with college administration, staff, and other faculty to improve student satisfaction and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing Required
- 2+ years experience within last five years in the practice of Maternal Child as a registered nurse. Required
- Professional Nurse licensure is required in the state of IL or IN. Required
