Materials Supervisor VAA (Night Shift)

Materials Supervisor on night shift responsible for managing material plans, monitoring production and procurement of raw materials, and ensuring inventory targets and smooth production flow. Lead BOM review, coordinate with local teams for new launches, and maintain material systems and processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Will spend significant time on the production floor, overseeing material readiness, inventory optimization, cycle counts in ERP/QAD, and collaboration across teams to align with engineering changes and program requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating material needs for builds, addressing issues, driving best practices, and supporting packaging and shipping to customers. Requires strong knowledge of ERP systems (QAD), BOM analysis, inventory management, and the ability to train and lead others, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and forklift operation; overtime may be required; remote work not offered for this role.
