Materials Supervisor - Nights

Supervise a team of materials employees by scheduling, conducting performance reviews, issuing corrective actions, and managing timecard approvals. Oversee all inventory processes including the development of cycle count programs, warehouse operations, and transactional integrity from receipt to consumption. Manage shipping and receiving activities while assisting with physical inventory counts and employee hiring, training, and retention. Create and track KPIs, adopt lean principles to reduce waste, and streamline processes using just-in-time inventory methods. Participate in budget preparation, develop planning frameworks, and lead production meetings to assess targets against actuals.
