Job Summary
Oversee material flow, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure uninterrupted production at a new state-of-the-art facility for data center power systems. Coordinate inbound, storage, and line-side delivery of materials while maintaining SAP system integrity and enforcing FIFO compliance. Supervise daily receiving, picking, and shipping activities, manage team leads, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align material availability with schedules and support engineering changes. Adhere to strict safety and environmental policies, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in materials, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- ERP systems
- SAP
- Knowledge of safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment
- Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Ability to correct or report unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences
Desired Qualifications
