Materials Supervisor

Ensure timely material flow from receiving and inspection to line-side presentation, including end-of-line pick, pack, ship, de-trashing, supermarket sizing, replenishment, and intra-plant order picking. Develop and implement standard processes to drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and transactional reporting while optimizing daily warehousing operations. Lead materials staff through education, training, and coaching to achieve key performance indicators, and act as SAP Super User to manage inventory control, bar coding, and RFID best practices. Partner with Quality, Purchasing, and Production to resolve delivery issues and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
