Job Summary
Oversee daily site materials management covering purchasing, planning, and inventory. Assist with implementing site policies, ensuring materials are ordered and stocked to meet requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Develop materials schedules and coordinate efficient movement with purchasing, production, and engineering teams. Establish and maintain the production control system. Support the new SpinCo digital infrastructure segment focused on power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers. Requires a Bachelor's degree, manufacturing background, and experience with Baan or SAP. Full-time role in Guadalajara with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Background in manufacturing
- Experience in materials management
- Experience in inventory management
- Knowledge and use of Excel
- Knowledge of database management
- Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar
- Personnel Management
- Experience with test equipment, preventive maintenance, and calibration control
- Experiencie in testing and automation
- Flexible schedule availability
- English is a plus
