Materials Supervisor

Supervise a team of materials employees, including scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, training, and timecard approvals. Oversee all inventory processes, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving activities, and transactional integrity within the ERP system from receipt to consumption. Assist with physical inventory counts, employee hiring, and retention activities while creating and tracking KPIs. Adopt lean principles to reduce waste, streamline processes, and utilize just-in-time inventory methods to match market demand. Participate in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and lead production meetings to assess targets and updates to MPS. Proactively identify EH&S issues and implement root cause corrective actions to foster continuous improvement.
