Job Summary
Execute shipping and receiving for finished product and aftermarket parts, manage inventory, kan-ban, kitting, and delivery to manufacturing. Lead safety compliance by ensuring proper PPE use, maintaining clean warehouse standards, and administering damage/defective processes. Troubleshoot material issues, validate supplier components, and participate in designing new warehouse areas while reducing labor and inventory costs. Collaborate with Facilities and Manufacturing to control tools and equipment. Complete cycle counts, FIFO, and AI base inventory control. Occasional off-hours work required for emergency responses.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years warehouse/logistics experience
- ERP and materials management technologies experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work safely
- Confident computer skills to use Microsoft solutions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy
- May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during assembly processes
- Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed
- Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks
- Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence
- Must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with OSHA and other manufacturing practices preferred
