Materials Specialist

Maintain medical/surgical supplies inventory across designated departments; manage par levels and replenish stock on established schedule; organize storage areas; notify lead distribution technician when stock is low; ensure patient chargeable items are clearly labeled with date and charge number; count supplies accurately, check for expired goods, and update par level sheets; rotate incoming supplies to prevent expiration; adhere to hospital standards and collaborate with teammates to provide high-quality patient care; possess strong computer and telephone skills; work in a clean, well-lit, moderately noisy healthcare environment; 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm with every other weekend/holiday; benefits eligible.
