Job Summary
Guide Buyers through Jabil's standardized purchasing processes, resolve complex operational inquiries, and lead the testing and deployment of new system tools from a practical user perspective. Define business process mappings, standard work instructions, and training programs for new hires while gathering functional requirements for system enhancements. Support supplier engagement efforts to obtain critical operational reports and drive the adoption of supplier management tools. Ensure adherence to corporate consistency across sites through continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of direct experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations
Desired Qualifications
- APICS / CPIM or ISM certification
- Basic Programming Knowledge: Exposure to programming concepts or completed coursework in logic/coding (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL, or general logic)
- Power BI Experience: End-user proficiency in Power BI to analyze data, interpret dashboards, and leverage reports for decision-making
