Job Summary
Accurately enter patient charges and inventory transactions via PMM, Intellishelf, and Meditech systems while delivering, picking up supplies, lab specimens, equipment, mail, and data reports according to a preplanned schedule. Restock, fulfill requisitions, and transport materials to support the hospital system's inventory needs, acting as a liaison between Corporate Materiel Management and Logistics departments. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and demonstrate mastery of computerized inventory principles. Prioritize work to provide prompt service and modify the schedule as needed to meet customer demands.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Demonstrates mastery of computerized inventory
- Demonstrates communication skills including follow thru that keeps all stakeholders up to date/informed and promotes teamwork
- Demonstrates flexibility thru the modification of ethe assigned schedule in order to meet customer demands with minimal notification
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business or related fields a plus
- May substitute 3 years of inventory management experience
